Orlando, FL- GeoTel Communications attended this year’s Comptel convention which was very productive for the staff. Obtaining valuable updated information from the carriers was priority this year, as GeoTel continues to expand its database of infrastructure data. Of course, connecting with customers such as Verzion, AT&T and a whole host of other carriers is always a pleasure.
Several meetings took place on and off site this year and many items were accomplished, beginning with the contract renewal of IBM for another 2 years. Additionally, new channel partners were added to GeoTel’s growing partner distribution network. New Opportunities presented itself at Comptel this year that are pushing the edge of the envelope in telecommunications and economic geography, and GeoTel is uniquely positioned in the market to take advantage of such opportunities. Please stay tuned as GeoTel ramps up its Research and Development and begins to roll out some new products in 2010.
