Biography

Michael Rigelsky serves as General Counsel for GeoTel Communications, LLC. In this role he oversees the company’s compliance and regulatory affairs, brand protection, customer contracts and agreements, intellectual property, strategic matters, technology acquisitions, and corporate law matters.

Prior to joining GeoTel, Michael spent more than a decade working for a large national law firm and tech companies. He represented large Fortune 100 companies and smaller specialized services companies, and is well-versed in the constantly changing legal landscape applicable to new and emerging technologies. He has negotiated numerous complicated corporate agreements and litigated numerous cases involving a myriad of complex civil litigation issues, including the protection of confidential and proprietary corporate trade secret information.

Michael began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Maria A. Cabret, former Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of the United States Virgin Islands and previously worked as a Legislative Assistant for the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
