Predictive Analytics

On Net and Near Net Fiber Analysis

GeoTel uses over 4.8 million miles of carrier fiber route data, 14.11 million fiber lit buildings data, broadband fiber data, and commercial building addresses within a defined geographic area to produce results showing locations with carrier fiber installed in the building and those that don’t. We also show the carrier fiber routes that run in close proximity to buildings that have the capability to pull this asset into the building at no or relatively low cost.

Carrier Vulnerability Reports

We take GeoTel’s fiber routes database and analyze it by the distance to a client’s customer database and other business information that reveals locations that are near or far from a potential competitor who is either targeting by building or by marketing. We can generate a list of at-risk locations either 500 feet from fiber or matched to customer building. The commercial building address list is then matched to that address to see the saturation of a competitor in that building.

Sales Prospect Reports

Reports are created using GeoTel’s fiber lit building database and matching it by address to a commercial business database, then integrating a customer’s client list. By matching a customer’s client database to a commercial building database, we can identify new prospects in a building that a client did not have for actionable sales leads.

Custom Segmentation Reports

Based on firmographics of sales, budget, the number of employees, and the number of work workstations helps build a custom segmentation profile. Attach these profiles to GeoTel’s fiber lit building database and view the types of businesses that are at that address to enhancing and craft marketing message that building. * Requires additional commercial business data.

Predictive Targeting

Combining big data with marketing algorithms of trending analytics can help with growing a business both financially and vertically by integrating GeoTel’s fiber lit building database with a business customer database. Then by targeting and profiling at a business location results are achieved.

Market Penetration Analysis

Measuring a client’s penetration into a market based on income and revenue indicators integrated with GeoTel’s fiber lit building database along with identifying CLEC competitor presence at a building or regional geography. Measuring if a client has saturated a market by having too much coverage or too many building locations for their product or services. GeoTel can help with identifying over-saturated areas of a market share or areas that need more attention to coverage.

Carrier Competitive Analysis Reports

Creating a custom competitive landscape built specifically for a client at a location by combining GeoTel’s fiber lit building database to a business database, to target who the carrier/providers are at that address and who the businesses are by also segmenting and creating customer competitive profiles. By also leveraging GeoTel’s CLEC Reports that identifies existing carriers and targeting new carriers that may be entering into a new market to help define a 360-degree view of competition.

Broadband Analysis Reports

Utilizing GeoTel’s broadband datasets and other business information, GeoTel can ascertain a list of commercial buildings that are being or can be served by a terrestrial or wireless broadband provider. This can be done for residential areas; however, the customer must purchase additional data.

Economic Area CBSA (Core-Based Statistical Area) Reports

Utilizing GeoTel’s CBSA GIS polygon data geo-tagged with demographic information and numbers. The metro areas can be issued a unique identification number. All CBSA’s are based on U.S. Census Bureau Statistics. Customers can search GeoTel’s geospatial and relational database and correlate an identification number that represents a specific metropolitan geographic area at the CBSA-Micro and CBSA-Macro levels. Example:
CBSA 10900 – Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, PA-NJ, identification # 89085034
